When getting ready to sell your home, the first part of the staging process should be de-cluttering. Clear the clutter from all surfaces, floors, closets and cupboards. Even if you have to store boxes off-site, it is best to show a clutter free home to potential buyers. Eliminate personal items and trinkets, the best look for a home for sale is neutral, it should be all about the home, not your personal style. Potential buyers will be better able to envision themselves in a neutral styled space.
