Sherman Library and Gardens is offering Tai Chi Tuesdays. Local instructor, Cynthia Bell Niermann will introduce participants to this mind-body exercise which leads to improved flexibility, strength, and balance. The eight-week course will include Qigong stretches, breathing exercises and short Tai Chi routines. Cynthia’s teaching style is perfect for beginners and older people. This Spring 2024 course will begin on Tuesday, March 19th and will continue until Tuesday, May 7th. The class begins at 10am and lasts one hour.
