When selling your home, regardless of the time of year, it is important to create an atmosphere in your home, so that potential buyers can envision themselves in this space. Some ideas to create atmosphere are throwing afghans across the arms of couches in the family room, create a romantic atmosphere in the living room by placing a champagne bucket and two champagne glasses on the coffee table. In the master bathroom create a spa atmosphere by hanging up plush robes, place a basket of rolled up wash clothes on the counter and set up a grouping of soaps and lotions. Finally, add vases of fresh flowers around the house.
