Concerts on the Green are continuing throughout August. The concerts are held at the Newport Beach Civic Center. Bring your own picnic dinner, blankets and beach chairs to enjoy the evening filled with music. The August 17th concert will be performed by Southland Opera. They have just added a concert for September 7th, featuring Desperado. The concerts are sponsored by the Newport Beach City Arts Commission. Concerts begin at 6pm and end promptly at 7:30pm.
