When you are staging your home for a home sale, pay special attention to unusual spaces, such as space beneath the stairs, a nook space or an alcove. Rather than leave them empty and having potential buyers unsure how to use that space, show them how versatile this space is and how it extends the living space. Ideas for these spaces are a small home office area, a computer desk, adding built in shelving for books and creating a reading area.
