When you are beginning to think about and are starting to prepare for the process of selling your home, one of the best places to begin is with a home inspection. By getting a home inspection prior to listing your home, you will have a list of items to fix in advance of the home sale. By fixing items up front, you will not have to fix them under a time constraint and potential buyers will see how well maintained the house is and take away a good impression of the home.
