Prior to listing your home of the market, be sure all outdoor lighting is working.  Also, make sure all pathways are lit up, so people can easily see their way, if they are touring your home during the evening hours. Prior to open houses and showings, turn on the outdoor lights. Light up the house number, so potential buyers can easily see them from the street. This will go a long way in making potential buyers feel welcome and invited to the house.
