It is Hatch Chile season. To celebrate, Bristol Farms is hosting a live event; hatch chile roasting. On Saturday, September 3rd from 10am to 2pm, Bristol Farm staff will be roasting hatch chiles right outside their Newport Beach location. During the month, they will have Hatch chiles in bulk, and Hatch chile grocery items including Hatch flavored meats, seafood and much more. Pre-orders of roasted Hatch chiles are available.
