When selling your home, it is not necessary to completely re-furnish as a part of staging, instead use accessories to update your house’s look. Update an older couch with a slip cover or an autumn colored throw and accent pillows. Try out these autumn colors, deep reds, crimson, deep oranges and warm caramels. Other autumn accents can be a bowl of crisp red apples in the kitchen or vase of mums on the coffee table. Add an arrangement of candles, leaves and pinecones to the dining room table. Potential buyers will notice the wonderful fall feel of your home.
