The 13th Annual 4th of July for Families celebration will take place at Channel Place Park, Events get underway at 9am. The 13th Annual 4th of July is for Families Newport Peninsula Bike Parade leaves from West Balboa Boulevard and 36th Street. The Community Festival is being held in Channel Place Park from 9:30am to 11:30am. The festival will have carnival games, arts, crafts, lawn games, music and food.
