Work with a local, professional real estate agent, such as those at the Franco Team, they know the local market and will guide you towards the correct decision. There are many factors that affect home price; a professional real estate agent can help you consider all those factors. You do not want to leave money on the table but you also do not want to price the home to high and miss out on potential buyers.
